4. Purchases and Transactions

- Shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are your responsibility

Upon delivery, inspect the artwork immediately. Report damage or discrepancies to us within 48 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return policy for most purchases on https://chicgallery.space/:
- Artwork must be returned in original condition, with all certificates and packaging
- Return shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
